| Allcom and Versys Join Forces |
October 2006 – Allcom has continued its strong growth by reaching an agreement to bring the business of Versys into Allcom.
Versys brings with it quality clients outside of Allcom’s traditional client base whilst the engineering skill added by Versys strongly compliments the existing engineering skills at Allcom.
This move supports Allcom’s strategy of attracting like-minded businesses that have proven skills in specific technology markets.
Allcom management team are confident that the strategies to be put in place in relation to the future operation of the Versys business within the Allcom structure will ensure that it is a major contributor to the success of Allcom.
