| Allcom and Layer 4 Join Forces |
April 2005 - Allcom has continued its strong growth by reaching an agreement to bring the business of Layer 4 into Allcom.
Layer 4 was an ideal fit for Allcom as it offered well-credentialed engineers with extensive experience and a quality client base that complimented Allcom’s existing clients. Further, Layer 4 had established strong client relationships with the majority having been loyal over the longer term.
The arrangement will also enable Allcom to add a number of new products and offerings into the Allcom solution suite as well as providing Allcom the opportunity to offer its existing solutions to a different range of clients than Allcom’s traditional clients.
